Marketing Strategy

Microsoft 
Facilitated strategic planning session for worldwide product managers who were flown in from different countries around the world for a one-day planning meeting. The goal was to get their approval for new program guidelines and address everyone's issues and concerns. The outcome was agreement on 90% of the guidelines with a plan for addressing the remainder by the day's end.

Microsoft Windows 2000
Led Windows Marketing Team in identifying customer mindset and developing
brand proposition for Microsoft Windows 2000. In one day, the team developed a brand proposition that formed the basis for the launch campaign communications for Windows 2000.

Clients included: Esage Group, Casabyte, Wavelink, Viair, International Wildlife Adventures, and Microsoft.

Fundraising Strategy

Leschi Community Council
As Fundraising Chair for the Flo Ware Park Renovation Project, developed fundraising strategy and coordinated successful $479,000 fundraising campaign, raised entirely through volunteer efforts in one year.
